Lost my old passwords/login info

A few years back I used to play a few characters, primarily a lvl 50 necro on p99, but stopped playing for many reasons. Recently I've decided to start playing again, but can't seem to log into my old account. I've dug up the old info and re-set my password associated with this account (kind of obvious since I'm posting here on my old forum account), but when I try to log in to the game it says that the password is invalid.

So, I was wondering if there was another p-word that I should try to reset (I've done both my eq emu and p99 forum passwords already) or anybody in specific that I could contact to try and fix the issue.
