Do you have a special type of mouse, or a special configuration for the mouse? I don't really think that should be an issue, but this sounds weird. It also sounds vaguely familiar from a while ago, but I can't really recall for sure.

Have you tried hitting the enter key and/or other keys on the keyboard to do things instead of the mouse? Is your CPU a Dual or Quad Core?

Most importantly, are you running a legal copy of Titanium, or did you download it from somewhere?

Hello,

I also have this same problem where mouse clicks (and the scroll wheel) are not recognzied at all once I get to the character select screen and in game.

Have an AMD dual core on Win XP 64 but I already have the dual core optimizer installed. For some reason I cannot set the affinity for eqgame.exe Mouse is nothing fancy, a logitech MX 400.
