I am not sure what you are trying to download from megauploads, but that site was shut down a while back. Plus, if it is an illegal client download you are trying to get, it is against the rules of these forums to discuss that here. We do not condone or support illegal file downloads of any sort.
Also, if you are having issues specific to 1 server (P99), then you need to get support on their forums, not on these as EQEmu and P99 are not directly affiliated.
To get any P99 related support here, you will need to install Everquest Titanium from the retail CDs. Then, you will need to follow the getting started guide and see if you can connect to any other servers on the list such as PEQ. If your install works for PEQ, then that is as far as we can support here as we don't support individual server issues here and PEQ is the standard that should work for all valid client installs.
