what is Error #2006 mean?

when i start world.exe , it shows :

DB Query Error #2006: MySQL server has gone away

what is it mean?

//by the way: i have tyied the solution in Sticky post and it doesn't work

And, where i can find a miniloginaccount.ini for example?
