Buy Everquest Evolutions, that has original EQ and most of the expansions and works with EQEmu.

Lords Of Everquests is an RTS, totally different game.

EQ2 is not released yet, again totally different game.

Everquest Live is just SOE's name for their EQ support website, although people refer to EQLive to mean the official EQ servers, as opposed to EQEmu.

You have to pay each extension, if they're not provided in the eq pack you're buying, it means that you won't have them.
Even if eqemu servers dont check if you have paid them or not, you have to obtain them legally.
