help?

hi i was on a short vacation and i came back and tried geting on the test server and im geting a banned message i talked to my roomate about this since we share an account since we use same isp and cant register mroe then 1 account he said he got into a fight with someone named wolf on the server and said he was banned and im still confused -_- is thier anyway i can make another account or sort this out iwth the person who baned me from the offical test server?
