Default Spawning mobs question

Hey all hoping somebody can tell me whats going wrong. On this server we are working on, we tried to spawn mobs in ssra. there was none up so we started adding them by the #spawn command then after we had the mobs stats to our liking we would target the mob we created and do #npcspawn create then #npcspawn add and it looked fine but when we rebooted server and came back into zone some of the mobs were up but then there was a ton of mobs that should be in akanon in ssra.... Anybody know why it put those in there and not all the mobs that we created?

You put in too many mobs

When you put in more than 6 in one given area, then they start dissapearing. Since you seem to have lots of mobs that you didn't add, you must have added tons. The server can't handle that. That maximum is six in one area. Try spreading them out a little more to get the maximum amount you can add
