Adding Items

I hate to ask so many questions, but im a dumb person (not really, but, a lot of this stuff is hard to do)

Ok, I know I asked this before, but I really didnt get an answer.
My question is, how do I add items. For exaple:

The Golem Tear Ring looks like this:

INSERT INTO items VALUES (10347,'Golem Tear Ring\0\0Quintessence\0ts\0\0\0*Golem Tear Ring\0\0uintessence\0nts\0uuk once trod\0.\0ily 6 ModeIT63\0\09\0\0ing 3, GenuineIntel\0P
