so exactly how do i log in now ? what directions should i follow ?
still a little lost after the last patch , messed up my computer pretty bad and i feel like a noob again

also , i fix the eq host ( am i supposed to make it read-only ? ) and my eqclient from a few news posts ago ... am i doing it right ? obviously not because when i try to log in it sit's at the " logging into the server " thing after i type in my password ... any help ?

There was a live EQ patch release June 22nd that broke the EQ Emu login (it will cause you to hang at the login screen). There is no fix yet but they are working on it.

If you had *.exes, *.dlls, & uifiles folder backed up i recommend you restore those. And of course, don't patch unless specified!

If you are new to EQ Emu or don't have a backup, there is not much you can do but wait (unless you have a good friend to give you files but you cannot do that here, that is warez)
