Default What did I miss?

OK, let me start by saying that my install of the emu works.

Well, it works one of two ways. I need it to work both ways, and after countless hours of trial and error and perusing these boards, I've decided to ask for a bit of help.

My network config:

NET
V
Cable modem
V
Server/NAT box - box has 2 IPs, ip.for.my.isp and 192.168.0.1
V
switch
V
PC1 192.168.0.2, PC2 192.168.0.3, PC3 192.168.0.4

IPs are all static, no DHCP save for the isp

Current eqemu config:

PC1 : emu login/world/zone server
PC2 : eq box
PC3 : eq box

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Now, with various configurations of the ini files and the boot5zones batch, I can get either PC2 and 3 to connect to the emu server, or I can open the server up through static routes in my NAT for people to log in via the net. I cannot, however, do both.

When LAN players can connect, net players get a 1017 eq client error, and when net players can connect, LAN players get the error.

What amazes me is that the login server works fine for both in either configuration. Anyone can login with a legit account, but once you hit Play you get a black screen and then get kicked back to server select.

Any advice, even if it's just "that can't be done" would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
