i have titanium. freshly installed. altered the files and desktop pathway to the .exe. when i get to the first login screen, it says it cannot acess the server, and gives me a "downtime" link and a help link. i have all ports needed opened on router and firewall.

anyone got anything i can try?

im not much of a computer whiz.

I believe you only get that error when your host is wrong. I just tried with messing up various steps, and that was the only one I got that error from.

Copy and paste this over everything in your eqhost.txt file, located in your everquest folder.

When you enter your login/password from eqemu,

If you don't have server page acces, you can have 4 problems.

Bad "eqhost.txt", you have bad entry or some extra space in name (use wordpad instead notepad !!!)
Firewall/router problem (But you don't have any i see)
Bad client (1017 error or freeze), if you don't have titanium unpatched or client pre 09/13/05.
Bad login/password from eqemu (check your account on forum (Usercp) )

I don't know more error possible :(
