LDoN points for kill

Hey guys,
I was wondering, I remmember that in S2k and some other servers you recieved LDoN points for a kill or something like that.
I was wondering if it is possible to make a specific mobs from a zone give LDoN points when you kill them.
If so, can anybody explain me how please ?

Btw,
Was trying to do it quested but thr quest gives back all the spent points.
