Next Stable Version?

Not sure where to post this... but I am curious, at what point will we consider a version "stable" again? I think the last one was back in April '06 or so, when 0.7.0 was born. We're up to build 941, and with so many things being added/tweaked (and the QA Engineer in me leaking all over the place), I am wondering what we, the community, can do to help create the next Emu milestone?

Reason I am asking aside from the obvious, it would be nice to have a base to start customizations from that has all the recent fixes, since most of them have been critical.

I am hoping that things like charms, and fully working classes (and maybe AAs through OOW) working would be a good milestone point.
