Default Backup up my SQL database

I've been merrily creating my own zones since installing eqemu a week a go and after several mistakes in the learning process i've had to start again.

I'm now at a stage where I have my first zone working 100% as intended but I want to back up my database before I make another mistake.

I would guess I create a .sql file, but I don't know how and the mysql.hlp file doesn't seem to cover this (or I missed it).

Could anyone more wise in the world of sql give me some guidance on how to do this please?

Pneu
