Npc's not holding weapons

I think this has been bugged for awhile but i didn't see it in bugs so thought i might put it up. Not sure if i'm alone on this but i think it adds a lot to eq. Thanks.

This has been fixed in the last nightly fix - but i think other problems may be caused by it (Missing opcodes)
