Character not showing up

Hello,
When I log into the server I like to play on, my character is not showing up.
I know they just updated the server (or at least, they brought it down for something). I assume that has something to do with my missing character.
Now it's not a big deal, my mage is only level 19 and since the server gives a x4 xp bonus and tons of other stuff it won't take long to get her back...

Is there something I need to do to get the mage back? Or something I should have done in the first place?
My husband is the one who set this up for us to play, so I really don't know much about this. I tried the FAQ and I tried to search in the FAQ above but I didn't find anything that addressed my issue. I'm not sure where to access the wiki or I would have looked there first.
the server is 0.7.0.EZ x4 Exp, epics spellscriber, armor ,etc
I like the server and would love to return.

EZ reccenlly had a problem and had to do a complete wipe

PS I did find the wiki shortly after I posted, but then I was unable to get back to the forums add a heaping helping of real life and poof almost one week later, I return.
