Need a copy of rule_values.sql

Hey everyone,
Just a heads up, I by no means am I efficient at sql, and I am sure I could probably extract this file somehow if I knew anything about it, but I need a copy of the default rule_value.sql file if someone can email it to me. I made some changes in mine and don't remember what the default were to set them back.

I guess I should also ask, if I replace that file in my c:\peqdb folder, will that then fix it on my server? I am pretty sure that’s what happens is the server sources those files, but heck if I know for sure. I just started messing with this thing 2 days ago, and managed to get my server up and running, minilogin up and running and accessible from people outside my network.

Nevermind, figured out the data I needed was in the copy I have and it doesn't source from that file, used the entries in that one to alter the database to fix it.
