Default Custom Tradeskills not Showing up

I noticed that there were some missing tradeskills while I was smithing today, so I made the missing recipes with GeorgeS's tradeskill creator, but even after I restarted my server, they didn't show up. I checked my tradeskills table in navicat and they are there, but you can't make them in the game.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Is there some command you have to run to be able to make them ingame? I have tried restarting my server and tried a bunch of different forges, but I can't get the recipes to appear.

If they aren't showing up when you search the recipes, then you didn't create them properly.

I would suggest trying to look at the actual tables with Navicat so you can see what working recipes are set like and compare them to yours.

I did that, and they are almost the exact same except for the trivial level

This is the one I made
130907 10063 11593 0 0 1 0
130906 10063 22085 0 0 1 0
130905 10063 12060 0 0 1 0
130904 10063 12046 0 0 1 0
130908 10063 11591 0 0 1 0
130909 10063 12536 1 0 0 0
130910 10063 17909 0 0 0 1

And this is one that was already in the DB

37428 3675 11591 0 0 1 0
37429 3675 11593 0 0 1 0
37430 3675 12046 0 0 1 0
37431 3675 12060 0 0 1 0
37432 3675 22079 0 0 1 0
37433 3675 12532 1 0 0 0
37434 3675 17 0 0 0 1

Do you think it could be that the forge that it defaults to use with the tradeskill editor is wrong?
