Default Compiling For Windows

I currently run a RunUO, EQEmu and a Mangos(WoW) server. Here is a link to compile my own version of Mangos...

http://www.reaper-x.com/2008/07/02/h...2-for-windows/

...it is pretty straight forward and have done this process quite a few times. Is there a HowTo about compiling EQEmu for Windows? I see the latest binaries offered are for Rev 408 but there was many changes since then (alot for Sof clients). Even the PEQ database is at Rev 438. I would like to run a SoF client on my server and have the latest fixes for that client...but I cannot find any concise instructions to compile it myself. It would be handy for others to not beg for some binaries.

Yea 2005 and 2008 should be pretty much the same as far as compiling the server are concerned.
