Zone doesn't load after death

This has happened a couple times now.. After death, I never respawn. The client just sits and attempts to load for 10 minutes. But I can exit the client and log in correctly to find my corpse..
Is this a known issue? Or any possible fixes? I'm playing on the Project 1999
