I need some assistance in the classic 1999 server

Im trying to figure out how to remove myself from being flagged for pvp, tried searching the forums for something related and i couldnt find anything. anything i have found leads me to believe i need to petition to have it removed? doesnt seem like thats working. Yes i turned in the tomb of discord not realizing that flags me
