Ok, so I have surfed for the past 4 hours on thethreads trying to figure out the problem.

I am not sure what else to do, I have every CPU fix listed tried and done, changed compatability modes, if it was on the forums I have tried it.
Anyone have a stinking clue? Cuz I dont LOL!
