Graphics Lag with SoD

I have searched for a solution but can not find it. I thought I heard of this issue before. I can zone into Plane of Dragons and I will have little to no lag. If I die and then zone back into the zone I have massive lag unless I turn and look North. They only way to correct this is to /camp and exit client and restart client.

I am using SoD on a P4 2.66GHz processor using dual monitors running older graphics cards. NVIDIA GeForece 4 MX 4000 and NVIDA GeForece4 Ti 4200.

Before someone says it...I know this hardware is old but this is what I have to work with. I have updated the drives to the latest (I am in IT person) so I have the background and know what I am doing.

Has anyone seen this bug with the lag unless you are looking North? If so, does anyone know of a solution for this?
