windowed mode resize

duno if this is the wrong place to ask, but diddnt see anywhere that looked more appropriate...anyway.

is it possible to resize the EQ window in windowed mode? currently it's about 5 inches taller than my monitor.

thanks

ps if this isnt the right place can someone tell me where to go?
