Sandbox server?

hello all,

It's been years since I fooled around with EQEMU and had a few questions. When I played before, there was a "sandbox" server where you could type codes to just auto level your toon, and then other codes to summon any items you want. Does something like this still exist? I'm not interested so much in playing again as I am just simply seeing the world again.

Also, where would one find a list of these codes?
