Default Guild Hall down

I moved my server to a new machine and added it to the eqemulater log in and it works but I got a weird issue. I am using build 1996 and my guild halls do not function. I dont know about other instances yet. Any suggestions?

P.S.

I moved to W7 from XP

Default Help if feasible, guild hall

I am stumped and looking for ideas. I moved my server following the guilde from Jan 2011. All is working, well nearly working. The guildhall just will not function. Everything else appears good. Guild hall was perfect before the move. Old machine was a Windows Xp machine and new one is a 64 bit W7 machine. I also moved from local server to eqemulater login server but I can not imagine that is related. I re-compiled the world.exe and no change. I check my sql and it appeared up to date. i even created a new guild and no go with that also. Any suggestion are welcome. Thank you all for your time.

Did you move the "quests" folder too?

Did you alter the file paths / directory in any way in the move?
