EQemu launcher not responding

I completed steps 1-5 on this site and then the additional 2 steps over on project1999 and everytime i load up the lancher and select any of the servers the game will go to a black screen and sit there until i click it and it goes not responding.

Not sure what info you may need to help out.

Any help would be awesome!
