Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Default problem launching game
just got done installing , followed all the steps to runt he game and when i launch it the game screen just goes black , i can see the eq mouse cursor and move the mouse around also when i alttab and check my processes it shows the game as running . anyone got any ideas?

Check the FAQ in my sig. Sounds like you are having a resolution issue, so you might check there first. Could be a DX9 issue as well, possibly.

tried everything in the faq cept getting older drivers which i dont wana do ... guess il just giver up thanks for trying

What worked for was pressing Alt+Enter to go to window mode.
