Default Where is the Gloomingdeep Locksmith?
Trying to do the Busted Locks quest in Gloomingdeep.

The Gloomingdeep Locksmith is supposed to spawn wandering around the Gloomingdeep jail. Allakhazam says he's not rare. But I don't see him. Been wandering and killing kobolds awhile but he don't show. Is this a DB bug?
