Guild Instance lockout

Anyone notice that the Guild Hall will occasionally not let you in? I remember a past post saying that the time of the guild instance did not match when the time the guild hall was supposed to expire? It seems like one was set for 24 hours and the other set for 25 hours? Normally if I delete the old instance I can get right in. This does not happen to people but maybe once a week.
