Default Bizarre UI bug

I am posting my seemingly non-EQEmu problem here because this bug persists regardless of server, client, or hard drive.

Here's the who/what/where/why/how of this bug:

Who: Characters tied to two of my eight accounts.

What: Right-click only functions on original EQ UI items. Example, I can right-click corpses and right-click to de-mem a spell. I cannot right-click a spell gem to open up the spell UI. I cannot right-click a chat window to open up the chat window menu options (chat filters, create new chat box, etc.).

Where: Confirmed to happen on characters across multiple servers, including, but possibly not limited to... Project EQ: The Grand Creation; The Irreverent Server; The Hidden Forest.

Why: No idea.

How: No idea.

Additional information: I only use the Default UI. I have attempted to resolve the issue by deleted all character references from my computer, as well as fresh installs of different clients. This bug reproduces on Titanium, SoD, and UF clients. This problem has persisted across a hard drive and OS replacement.

I have six accounts that are not affected by this bug. I can log them on using the exact same EQ install with no problems.

So, anybody have any suggestions? If someone says "Oh, your EQEmu accts are bugged - let me fix that," I'm going to punch a wall and kiss the monitor.
