.PKG EqEmu

I don't know if anyone will know what I'm talking about, let alone how to do it, but is it possible to turn EqEmu into a .pkg file for RaQ3 server's? My website is on a RaQ3 server, has mysql installed as well, but if there is a way to do it, and somebody is willing to make it, I will be willing to test it on my server, and we can have a dedicated Everquest server without all the annoying software to run.
