Client Installation Guide - I need help

Is it just me, or is the link to eqhost on step three not taking us anywhere but to a bunch of jibberish that says:

Registration Servers
{
"eqlogin.gotfrags.com:5999"
}
Login Servers
{
"eqlogin.gotfrags.com:5999"
}

Any feedback would be appreciated. I'm probably doing something wrong, or maybe there's a required amount of time im supposed to wait. But I've been waiting for about an hour now, shouldnt it be up?

just copy all that jibberish to a text file called eqhost.txt and put it in your everquest directory
