Default No server on Server select screen

I have searched the site and cannot find answer that works for me so if anyone can help pls do.

loginserver=localhost
loginserver2=localhost
loginport=5999
loginport2=5999
worldname=JACK BLACK TEST
locked=false
account=
password=
worldaddress=
[WorldServer]
Defaultstatus=
Unavailzone=

[LoginConfig]
ServerMode=Standalone
ServerPort=5999
UplinkAddress=
UplinkPort=
UplinkAccount=
UplinkPassword=

when i run minilogin i get error Block not found on loginserver.ini

I follwed all of the guides pretty close but still no luck :( any ideas out there?

Put a new line before [WorldServer]

OK I tryed putting a space. No luck.

I also tryed changing it to the one from the guide.

loginserver=localhost

loginport=5999

ServerMode=Standalone

Also no luck

I did patch the (bad patch from VI) but after that i created a backup of EQ and got these files from my other computers EQ which was not patched and replaced my backup files with the files listed below. Could this possibly be the problem. Im not at my computer atm but i am also getting a loading EQ time error when running World.exe. I think that may just be a completly different problem. Thx for the help

Well after hours of working i found out the problem. In my loginserver.ini after the [loginserver] there was a space from when i copy pasted. Ya dumb error :( thx for the help
