Zone problem
well its not really a Zone problem as much as it is stupidity on my part now that i know how this format works.
I just started playing eq the emu way tonight and hadnt yet picked up the fact that you use #zone commands instead of runnin into the zone. needless to say i was in cab and zoned to what i thought was the Field of bone. It zoned me from cab to kael and i dont have the software for SOV. Now every time i log in it gives me that contact everquest cause it couldnt find the kael file.
How do i get my char out of this login in loop and back to a zone i can play in?

would be to use the eq admin tool to change your zone and loc to somewhere else. If you don't have the admin tool, go here
