Ok here goes , I was thinking of building a EQ server for head to head battles only
I would make all race start point in a arena with no way out just that zone .
now in the zone I would have a few venders selling gear ranging from common items
to epic .Now players would log in with there champions to battle in the arena for fame and cash,
with in tern they can buy more gear to become more powerful.
A rating system could be made on a web site we players could challenge or sigh up for battle royal
any player that battles out side the arena would be ban to keep order and so on .
Now how much of this can be done Im not shure , Any one want to help be get this started ?
Events would have to be GMed always someone will have to pass out the prize and so on .
Also if players could gain Experience from the battle .
What i can do
I have a server up with a static address that could run 24-7 but Im more of a webmaster
than a server admin . I can help Gm and do the web site CGI So on im a ace with graphics and flash .
I have many friends that would take part in the battles and they really think this could be a cool server just to battle in and help the EMU community grow
