Default Error on Connecting to Server

Hate to trouble you all, but I'd love t get beyond this problem. Sorry to inconvenience anyone. ^^

Basically, I got EQEMu working the other day, and it was operating very well. However, after I stopped playing EverQuest for a couple of minutes -- that is, I shut everything down, and left the computer for a half hour -- it wouldn't connect. I received Error 1001, which told me that I could not connect and that I should wait until later.

So, I left EQ alone for the rest of the day, because I wasn't sure if your servers were updating or something. But this morning, when I attempt to activate my EQ and connect, I get the very same error when I reach the Station Sign-In screen.

I always open EQ through the EQEMu patcher and select the run EQ function so that I never get things unpatched by mistake, so I0 don't think that is the problem. I've double-checked my eqhost files and they all read exactly what the patcher makes them contain, so I don't believe that's the isue either.

Oh, well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and the faster the better :P. Bah. I'd just like to get EQ running again. ^__^;;
Thanks so much in advance!

PS: To the development staff, I'd just like to throw my two cents in and thank you all very wholeheartedly for this piece of software and these free servers. This is one of the coolest things I've seen being done for gamers everywhere in a long time, so I hope you can keep up the good work -- in fact, as soon as I get the chance, I'll likely be donating some currency from Canada. ^^ Anyways, thanks again for EQEMu, and for your continuing support for us all. Ragnarok Online abandoned me and the rest of us English fools like the plague, but I can't blame 'em. :P

Default 'Fraid so...

I'm on Windows 98. And I already got the MDCA thing so the patcher would run -- like I said, it was perfectly fine for one day. But now it seems to be angry. Talk about grudges? :P Let me know if you have any otehr ideas, and thanks a lot.

I had to completely update to eqlive to cancel out the "missing files" on eqemu patcher. After that I had no more errors.
