Can i get some help plz....? ON ITEMEDITOR

I need to know how to find the program called itemeditor its the same thing as admin tool but better could anybody link me the place to download it or does anybody have a clue as to where i could find it? any info. is helpful ty

Its the the eqemu download in a folder called 'ItemEditor'
