Creating own server error??

ok, i followed the readme step by step, but when i get the boot5zones windows up, everything is fine till it says it trys to connect 2 the server thing, it says the following:

Couldnt't Resolve Hostname. Error 11001.
how do i get that to work?
any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

Edit!!: right below database eq on the world.exe screen, it says current version in 0.4.3 and then ERROR current version is 0.4.3.
