other people cant get on my server

for some reason other people cant get on my server :( . they get to the char select screen, can make a char, then when they hit enter world they get disconnected. i can get on just fine just they cant...
if anyone has any ideas or knows how to solver the problem please respond

Sounds like worldserver works, but that zone servers are kicking them for some reason. Post the logs/errors from your zone servers.
