Default Is there a server that........
has all or at least most of the mobs the right lv and hit for what they should and are where they are suposed to be also that most of the zones work right? anyinfo would be great thanks!

Also i want to beable to summon items on the server i play to any segestions?

No server has it where everything is exactly like eqlive. Just log into one and play around. A lot of them are pretty close.
