And yes I looked everywhere in the forums and tried everything so far. Using 4.4. Should I be able to run the server(minilogin/world/zone) and the EQ client on the same computer? I can log in, but I get 1017 when I select the server. My only though is that is it because I am trying to run both on the same computer.

I have done everything all of the posts say with no luck. I do have the latest EQLive patch downloaded. That may also be my problem. If so, can someone post a definitive answer to if there is a way I can get this to work, or sit on my butt and wait for 5.0 release and run it as server only. Thank You.
