Default why can't i go to any other zone except home city?
for some reason i can only go to rivervale (made a halfling) and i made my own server so i got op-access and i cant' port anywhere

also how do u add npc's to cities?

Are you running more than one instance of the zone server (or can you do that? [Like run one zone server and still be able to zone with one character on your server....])
