I want help,i need to know exactly what programs i need for make run my server,i learn a lot of post but im geting confused on what programs i need,plz help )

Im going to be nice and help you.
You will need:
MySQL
EqEmulator 5.5
EverQuest
I suggest using Jezebell's guide to set up your server, it has the links to those files in there.

k i got that programs,the problems is i already tried all that tutorials and i ever get error when i execute the World.exe i ever getting the 2006 error server gone away,can i get help plz, i learned aprox all the post searching help but nothing help me :p

open taskmanager, end mysqld-nt.exe and winmysqladmin.exe.
go to your mysql/bin folder and restart winmysqladmin. boot up your server.

the windows taskmanager.
in winXP right-click your taskbar (the bar at the bottom of your screen where all the open programs are displayed) and click on Task Manager.
If you don't use winXP hit alt + ctrl + del, a window should pop up. select task manager.

i got win98,when i do ctrl+alt+delete pop up the window for finish programs not the taskmanager

k now i understand that hehe ),then when i finish that programs and reopened the winmysqladmin the server work?im making the db again so in few i going to check if server work,if i got more problems i post the boot5zones world.exe etc

It might, yeah. I had that error a few times. Had to end those two programs by force to fix it.

hmm i got a problem when im sourcing the MW055_alpha_02.sql,first i sourced the MW055_alpha1.sql and i dont get errors,now i sourced the 02 and all the time the next error:
ERROR 1062  UPLICATE ENTRY 'bla bla' for key 1,know what is happend? |
