Default Automatic Say Links...Why not?
Is there any reason that the code that handles quest::say,emote,shout, etc couldn't turn anything between [ ] into a say link automatically?

Can't think of any reason that would cause a problem and would remove the requirement to create say links manually.

Maybe have this be a setup option for those servers that don't want this done.

When creating them manually, do you have to edit every quest individually?

Is there a guide on how I would go about doing this?
