OOC Regen Timer : 485 minutes?

I just got myself a SoF client (been using Titanium) and I log in and everything looks fine, but the Out of Combat regen timer is ticking down from 485 (or so) minutes. (This is on a private Windows server)

Is this essentially a disable, or a bug, or... how would I fix this to either work properly (like on Live) or at least fix the display if it's not supported?


Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere. I searched, but I don't rule out not being very good at it :P

I noticed that when looking at the default rule values.. It's set at 30,000, which I believe is in seconds, which would be 500 minutes as the default. I think someone was thinking in milliseconds..
