black screean at startup

ok i start the game log in then after login it just goes to black screen with a changed cursor and stays that way and then says no responding and have to taskmaster and end task it. i have directx11 win 7 32bit and installed directx9.0c aswell a long time ago for other games. i tryed changing resolution settings tryed windowed and full screen modes im on a laptop with 2g of ram anyone know how to fix this please ty.
