Question RoF2 Not Showing Particle Effects?

Hello ladies/gents/trolls,

I am finally digging in to an issue with RoF2 and it not showing particle effects for me. I have an nVidia GeForce GTX 760 and, regardless of settings, there are NO particle effects for me. I've deleted the eqclient.ini file to let it regenerate through client launch, no effect. I simply CANNOT get particle effects from spells to show. It works through $client->SpellEffect() or $npc->SpellEffect(), but it does not through the casting of the spell.

Fiance has a GeForce 900 series, shows them fine. Two players on EZ have GeForce 500 series, shows for them. A few with GeForce 700 series are experiencing similar things.

I am reaching out to see if this is a client issue, potentially a card family issue, or maybe a server issue? I'm unsure why casting a spell would not show it, but forcing it through the SpellEffect() call will show them? I'll attach screenshots of client config if needed/interested.

Has anyone else experienced this? O_o
