I guess I am over looking what the hell I have to do ?

Not sure this link will work, but try this:

If you click the "Login Server Accounts" link from the main page and are logged into the forums, it should take you to your userCP, which should now have a section for World Server registrations as well. Then, you use the "Create New Worldserver Account" link from that page.
