Default Mana drains to 0 when jumping

I just finished a fresh install of EQemu on Windows 10 Pro. The only changes I made from stock are removing the name_filter table, and decreasing the EXP multipliers and hot zone bonus. When my character jumps, her mana goes to 0, and her stamina goes all over the place, sometimes resetting all the way up to 100%. What's causing this and how to fix it? This is on Titanium client.

Edit: Now that a few hours have passed, that particular character no longer has the issue. But newly created mana characters do, even if I log them off and back on, or even stop and restart the server. Is this by design?

2nd edit: Original character has the issue again, but her mana gets drained to 4% (1 point) instead of 0%. So I am at a loss as to what to do.

Default Update

This has proven to be an interesting problem. I have one laptop with an old non-Strawberry installation, but it had the same problem, so it isn't caused by any recent changes. I tried setting the "use old mana" rule to true, which partially solved the problem - mana doesn't sink to 0 anymore, but stamina still randomly jumps to 100%. It's a step in the right direction.

Big clue: just tried ROF2 client and it does NOT have the same issue. So apparently this is one of those settings that is client-sensitive. Long shot - is there a list out there of "ideal/recommended settings" for each client?
